I started Wise Daruma because I love working with growing businesses and helping business leaders create thriving workplaces for their teams.
I started my career in Sales and Sales Management before moving into Marketing. I have developed brand and communication strategies for B2C and B2B businesses including publishing, professional services, and learning and development organisations.
I am an experienced commercial leader. I was Contract Director of the multi-million pound Business Link contract at Serco. I have also been a member of the Board of a fast-growing SME (which grew from £6m to £20m during my time on the Board).
I am experienced at leading organisational change, including restructures and setting up new business units. Most recently, as Strategy and Integration Director at EY, I led the integration of an acquired business into EY.
For the last ten years I have been a Strategy Director with expertise in growing businesses and developing Go-to-Market strategies.
I have a Diploma in Business Management, an Accredited Coaching Qualification, and I have won awards for Leadership and Mentoring.
Outside running Wise Daruma I enjoy long distant walking (especially if there are no hills), painting badly, and watching live music.
