Before the meeting we sit down with team members individually to understand what is working well when the team comes together and what could be better. We get clear on the objectives for the meeting and what success looks like.
We can lead and chair meetings, leaving the team free to contribute and consider the strategic issues. Through the meeting we can run formal strategy sessions or intervene to ask questions which move the issues forward. We drive for agreed conclusions so that the objectives are achieved and the meeting is productive.
